Who we are

This website, nowhere.international, is operated by Nowhere International LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. In this notice, “we” and “us” refer to Nowhere International LLC.

This notice covers this corporate website and its contact form only. It does not cover any other service or application.

What information we handle

Contact form. When you send us a message, we receive the details you enter: your name (optional), your email address, the subject you choose and the text of your message. We do not ask for a phone number, postal address or attachments.

Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard request information when you visit the site, such as your IP address, the pages requested, the time of the request and browser details. When you submit the contact form, our software briefly keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address in memory to limit repeated submissions. It is not written to a database.

Why we use it

• To read and reply to your enquiry.
• To operate, secure and maintain the website.
• To prevent misuse of the contact form, such as automated spam.

Where data protection laws such as the EU or UK GDPR apply, we rely on the following lawful bases: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence, for handling enquiries; and our legitimate interest in running a secure website for technical and anti-misuse processing.

Who receives it

We use a small number of service providers to run this website:

• Vercel Inc. hosts the website and processes request logs as part of hosting and security.
• Resend, Inc. delivers contact-form messages to our company mailbox as email.
• Our email provider stores the messages we receive in our company mailbox.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

International processing

We are a United States company, and our providers process data in the United States and in other countries where they operate. If you contact us from a country with data-transfer rules, your information will be transferred to the United States. Our hosting and email-delivery providers publish the safeguards they rely on for such transfers in their own terms and data-processing agreements.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages in our mailbox for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and then delete them, unless we need to keep them to meet a legal obligation or to resolve a dispute. Request logs held by our hosting provider are retained according to that provider’s own retention practices. The scrambled IP value used to limit repeated submissions is discarded automatically within minutes.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies, and it does not use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, social-media embeds or embedded maps. If we change this, we will update this notice.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, or to receive a copy of it in a portable format. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority in your country, such as the supervisory authority in your EU member state or the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom.

To make a request, use our contact form and choose “Privacy request” as the subject, or write to us at the mailing address below. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
